During the course of more than 27 years of service in the Indian Railways and 10 years in other government departments, Shri.S.Murali have developed an in-depth knowledge of all the aspects of financial management, including budgeting and accounting systems, investment appraisals, as well as auditing of transactions and procedures. Shri.S.Murali have set up computerized accounting systems and streamlined procedures for grant-in-aid to societies and their accountability for ensuring transparency.
